Learn more about signing contracts and authorizing parties using Egreement e-signing integration
All of Precisely’s plans include unlimited use of electronic signatures by Dropbox Sign (previously called HelloSign), our default signing provider. Additionally, Precisely offers several e-signing integrations.
Precisely + Egreement integration is a great choice for customers who already use Egreement in their workflow and would like to continue using it when sending contracts for signing in Precisely.
To set up the Egreement integration, the customer's organization must have an existing Egreement subscription that supports API.
Signing Precisely contracts with Egreement lets your counterparties sign with one of the following methods:
- Click to eSign
- Swedish BankID
Mix different Egreement e-singing methods in one contract
With Egreement, you can easily choose between eSign and Swedish BankID for each signee.
Example: You’re a Swedish company that prefers to send contracts for signing with BankID, but some of your signees are international. In this case, it is possible to use Swedish BankID for all your Swedish signees, but select Click to eSign for international signees.
To set it up, select the preferred method in the Authentication to Sign field.
Technical specifications
- It's not possible to use Precisely's functionality Send signing reminders with this signing provider
- Signature requests are valid for 60 days. After that, the signing must be canceled and the contract should be re-sent for signing from the Precisely platform.
