Learn more about creating question sections for easier template overview and smoother contract drafting
When creating references and corresponding questions, it's important to sort them properly for two reasons:
- For the person setting up a template: having an easier overview of the template logic and all the references, and keeping a full control of the document automation
- For anyone drafting contracts from this template: Smooth and logical drafting process
We always recommend creating different sections to separate various groups of questions - such as counterparty information, dates & deadlines, terms & conditions, purchase details, and similar.
To create a new section, click Add new section at the bottom of your questions.
Name your section and decide its position in comparsion to other existing sections.
Changing the order of the questions and moving them to different sections
To move a question to another location (either same or a different section), simply drag it.
If you're moving a question to another section, you can also click on a three dots menu and Move to section.
