[Working with References](https://help.precisely.se/en/automated-templates-documents?hsLang=en#working-with-references) # How can I import existing references to use them in a new template? ## Learn more about copying references to a specific template When [creating template references](https://help.precisely.se/en/how-do-i-create-a-reference-in-the-template?hsLang=en), you can take a benefit of already existing references in your organization by simply importing and copying them to any new template. If you have multiple references you want to add, simply click "Add all". Once you're ready, click "Import".
