How can I keep track of documents I need to sign?

Learn how to use your Documents to sign page to keep track of all Precisely documents requiring your signature

What is the Documents to sign page?

As a Precisely user, you have access to your own Documents to sign page which displays all documents awaiting your signature.

The page displays all documents that have been sent to you for signing from within your organization, and from any other Precisely organization. 

To view the document's details, simply click the arrow button on the right-hand side of the document name. This overview will display:

  • The sender's name 
  • The signing message
  • The name of the organization that the document was sent from
  • The date and time of when the document was sent for signing

How do I find the Documents to sign page?

To open the Documents to sign page, simply click the grey tick icon on the right-hand side of the navigation bar at the top of the page:

The red notification symbol indicates how many documents are currently awaiting your signature.

How do I sign documents awaiting my signature?

To sign the document, simply click the Show document and sign button to open the document in a new tab and finalize your electronic signature*.

*The Show document and sign function is not supported by all signing providers. If you see the Signing link not supported message displayed, you will need to access the document via the signing request email. 

 

Note: In order for the documents to display in the list, the signing request must have been sent to your Precisely user email address
