Learn more about Precisely’s application and communication languages
Precisely is currently available in English, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Japanese, Polish* and Swedish. You can change the application language from your personal profile settings while an Admin of your organization can change the communication language in the organization settings.
Changing application language
Changing the application's language only affects the language of the platform on a user-level. To change the application language, simply

Click your name in the top-right menu and choose Profile settings,

Choose your language in the drop-down menu and click the blue Update settings button.
Changing communication language
Communication language controls the language of your organization’s outgoing communication such as signature request emails. To change the communication language, simply

Click your organization’s name in the top-right corner and choose Organization settings,

Choose the language in the communication language drop-down menu.
If the recipient is already a Precisely user, the communication language will always default to the language set in their user profile.
Note: Communication language is enforced across the entire organization, causing outgoing communication for all users to be in the selected language unless they have a personal language setting enabled. If you want to change the language in which the platform appears to you, only change the application language in your personal settings.
*Polish language is currently only available as the language in emails (general outgoing communication). The platform itself will be in English if "Polish" is selected in Profile settings.
