Learn how to copy a workflow template, including how to duplicate it across different organizations
You can easily duplicate any automated workflow template within the same organization or across different organizations. This can be useful when setting up templates in a corporate group or when you're using Precisely to provide templates to multiple organizations or teams as an external legal advisor.
How to copy a Workflow template
- Click Make a Copy on the left-hand side of the template overview page
- Select the organization where you want to copy the template. You can choose the organization you’re currently logged into or any other organization you belong to.
- Click the blue Make a copy button.
That's it!
What parts of the template automation are copied?
If included in the template, most automation components are copied along with it. However, for technical and/or compliance reasons, some elements are not copied.
