In addition to unlimited use of Dropbox Sign (previously called HelloSign) as a default e-signing provider included in your plan, Precisely offers several signing integrations as an additional feature.
The use of national eID as a signing method is a perfect option for Nordic customers that want to add an additional security level to their signatures. In Precisely, we offer local signing options specifically for Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish signees.
Danish signees are able to sign contracts in Precisely using MitID.

Additional features: Authentication to view and signing roles
With MitID as a signing method, you’re also able to set up an additional layer of security to ensure the right person has accessed the document. With the feature Authentication to view, you can choose to strengthen the confidentiality of your contracts.
On top of that, you’re also able to choose a specific signing role for each signee. You can pick between signing party, approver, and viewer.
BONUS! As long as you have it activated in your organization, you are able to combine different Nordic signing options in the very same document. For example, one signee can sign with Danish MitID, another one can sign with Swedish BankID, etc. On top of that, you can use options such as PIN by SMS or Click to eSign for non-Nordic signees.

Technical specifications
With MitID, you can
- include as many signees as you want
- send files (main document + appendices) up to 10 MB
Signature requests are valid for 90 days. After that, the signing must be canceled and the contract re-sent for signing from within Precisely.
